I looked \u2014 and there was a white horse, and its rider held a bow.

When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, \u201cCome!\u201d
Then another horse came out, a fiery red one.
Its rider was granted power to take peace from the earth, so that people would slaughter one another.
And he was given a great sword.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, \u201cCome!\u201d
I looked \u2014 and there was a black horse, and its rider held a pair of scales in his hand.
Then I heard what seemed to be a voice among the four living creatures, saying:
\u201cA quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius!
And do not harm the oil and the wine!\u201d<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, \u201cCome!\u201d
I looked \u2014 and there was a pale horse; its rider\u2019s name was Death, and Hades followed close behind him.

When the Lamb opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained.
They cried out in a loud voice: \u201cHow long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?\u201d<\/p>
